New Information Line for Seniors - 1-855-550-0552

The provincial government launched a new toll-free information line for seniors on October 1, 2013. The toll-free line provides older adults with a traditional method of speaking one-on-one with qualified staff who will assist them in finding their way through the various government departments and ensure they get to the right service provider for further assistance.

Calls to 1-855-550-0552 will be answered Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Messages can be left after hours and calls will be returned the following business day

You can check the latest information on the NB Power website, including anticipated end times. Please click on the link found below and then select the St. Stephen Region.  This information is also accessible through your smart phone, so if the power is out and your phone is charged, you can still obtain this important information.

REGISTRATION FOR THE COMMUNITY ALERT SYSTEM

In an effort to improve our communications with residents, the Village has purchased a notification system called Sentinel.  This system would be used by the Village to notify residents of an emergency situation or when there are disruptions in the water system.  We can isolate the notifications by civic addresses to only those residents impacted by the situation.
